Zuri Kilima Siri

Set along a scenic ridge inside Tarangire National Park, Zuri Kilima Siri is an intimate camp of just Nine spacious tented suites nestled among ancient boulders and woodland. Sweeping views, distinctive design, warm hospitality and exceptional dining come together to create a secluded stay deeply connected to the surrounding wilderness.

Suites

Each 70 m² suite is designed to feel open, spacious and immersed in nature, with 270° ventilation and wide views towards Tarangire Hill and the surrounding woodland. Wake to the sunrise from a Super King-sized bed, relax in your private veranda seating area, and enjoy carefully chosen details including handcrafted furniture, hammered brass washbasins and vintage-style fittings. The generous proportions and thoughtful amenities provide the comfort of a luxury lodge while preserving the atmosphere of a private safari tent.

Bath & Shower

Every suite features a floor-to-ceiling glass-enclosed rain shower that brings the landscape into view while maintaining complete privacy. Outside, a private bathtub is tucked among the woodland and ancient boulders, offering a secluded place to soak in hot water while looking across the Tarangire wilderness. Handcrafted brass fittings and natural materials continue the character of the suite throughout the bathing area.

Dining & Main Tent

The open-sided main tent brings together the lounge, bar and dining areas, with views extending across the woodland and surrounding landscape. Guests enjoy generous breakfasts, carefully prepared lunches and four-course dinners featuring a changing selection of international and locally inspired dishes. Our kitchen thoughtfully caters to vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and other dietary requirements.

Experiences

Life at Kilima Siri extends beyond the suite and the safari vehicle. Guests can enjoy private sundowners at our boulder viewpoint, bush breakfasts, evenings around the fire and Maasai stories beneath the Tarangire sky. Day and night game drives offer different perspectives of the park, while the camp’s location inside Tarangire allows the safari experience to begin from the moment guests leave camp.

Camp & Landscape

Zuri Kilima Siri is positioned on a boulder-strewn ridge approximately 30 minutes from Tarangire’s main entrance gate. The camp has been carefully arranged around the existing rocks, trees and natural contours of the hill, allowing it to sit gently within the landscape rather than dominate it. Views extend towards Tarangire Hill and across the woodland, while a nearby boulder lookout reveals distant Lake Burunge, Lake Manyara and the Rift Valley; an active waterhole lies approximately 400 metres from camp and brings regular wildlife activity close to camp.
